Доходный дом Б. О. Фукса. . Здание расположено в историческом центре Санкт-Петербурга на пересечении ул. Восстания (бывш. Знаменская), д. 41 и Виленского пер. в непосредственной близости от Невского пр., Московского вокзала, станции метро «пл. Восстания» и «Маяковская». . Здание является выявленным объектом культурного значения и расположено в границах объединенной охранной зоны памятников истории и культуры СПб. .
В 1868 году архитектор Яковлев построил 4-х этажный дом для купца Юшина. В 1914 году дом был продан доктору медицины Б. О. Фуксу и его жене А. Л. Фукс. В 1914-1915 годах дом был надстроен архитектором И. И. Долгиновым и приобрёл нынешний вид. На 1-м этаже ещё до революции был небольшой кинематограф. В советское время он назывался «Рампа», «Агитатор», «Луч». В 1990-х кинотеатр закрыли. С 2002 года здесь театр под руководством В.
